1. Shipping Time

Orders ship within our standard processing window and typically arrive in 8–14 days depending on destination, carrier speed, and customs clearance.

2. Delayed Delivery

If your order is delivered 20 days or later from the date it was shipped, you are eligible to receive $50 in MySnatchPatch store credit. Store credit is issued only after confirmed delivery and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

MySnatchPatch is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or undelivered due to carrier issues. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
